Waters Center for Systems Thinking Return Policy
-Print books & cards purchased directly from the Waters Center’s online store must be returned within 7 days of delivery, based upon tracking information provided upon shipment.
-To initiate a return, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
-All items must be in new condition to qualify for a full refund. Refunds will be issued after the return is received and inspected for damage. Please allow 2 weeks for this process.
-All components of a packaged item must be returned together, unopened, and in the original shrink-wrap (if applicable) to receive credit. All components of an item must come back in the same shipment to receive credit.
-NOTE: Digital content such as digital downloads of posters, eBooks, etc. are non-returnable once accessed, activated, downloaded, or revealed. No exceptions.
-Large-scale printed posters are made to order and are not eligible for return or refund at any time. All sales are final.
-Original shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not pay for the shipping on returns.
-Your credit will be issued in the same manner the payment was originally made. Please allow 2 weeks for processing time.
-If your item is damaged upon receipt, please document it and include a picture in your email. We are happy to exchange defective items free of charge.
Shipping & Packing Guidelines
-Print out a copy of your invoice/packing slip and include it with your return. Keep a copy for yourself.
-NOTE: Postage on returns is not refundable; only the item cost is refundable.
-Pack your return in a strong, sturdy box suitable for shipping. Fill the empty spaces with clean filler. (Do not use newspaper as filler.)
-Tape the box securely using shipping tape and attach the address label to the top of the box. Make sure there is only one label on the box you are using. If you are reusing a box, remove markings and labels.
